We’ve been using Lone Star since both of my kids were born. Everyone is always so kind and they each do the best job of making the kids feel comfortable. Over 7 years and I have never had a bad thing to say about this office!

Rarely do I get excited about a review. However, how Dr. Naveen Hag "handled" my daughter's sprained calf was excellent. Very warm person and provided excellent care to my daughter. Thank you!

We had a great first visit to Lone Star Kids recently. The nurse practitioner we saw was very thorough, answered all my questions, and most importantly spoke directly to my son to ask him questions related to his health. I was highly impressed and we will certainly be coming back!

This place is what we were in need of when we moved to the Prosper neighborhood and our child became unwell. Requesting an appointment was so easy. Our insurance was easily and quickly verified on phone and we were all set. They have the first time patient forms online so you can fill them up online and save time. Everything was paperless. The ladies at the front desk Tasha and Megan are super helpful and got us checked in in no time. The rooms are pleasantly decorated in a child friendly manner. Dr Susan is awesome! The way she made our child comfortable in a few minutes. was marvelous. They were kind enough and thoughtful to give us printed prescriptions as well, thinking we have just moved and may run into pharmacy insurance loops. Extremely happy with this clinic and everyone whom we have met there! We are so relieved we found this place.

From the front desk to the back of the house, everyone treated my littles with care and the cherry on top was the attention to detail when it came to me a talkative dad. I can't say thank you enough and that the kids wouldn't stop raving about their experience. Not too often do you get kiddos wanting to come back and get a check up. Again thank you and I hope you all continue to grow like the rockstars you are.

Nick at the front desk has exceptional customer service skills. He always takes the time to get things right the first time and never makes me feel rushed or like he’s too busy to help. He is friendly, kind, and welcoming every single time. Whoever hired him deserves recognition – and Nick definitely deserves a raise! The doctors here have always been fantastic as well. Our most recent visit was with Dr. Kuboye, who was exceptional. She is our favorite doctor so far and will definitely be our choice of provider moving forward.

Dr. Haaq is one of our favs. Super patient and kind with my little one. She also educates and provides at home remedies when medicine is not always needed. Just brings a sense of peace when you have a little one who can’t explain it verbally. We have experienced 2 other doctors as well and they are great as well!

We recently started coming to Lone Star Kids Care after the birth of our son and our experience with them so far has been nothing short of incredible. Our son had a NICU scare and Dr Haq and Dr Smith were there with us throughout the episode. They were checking in on our son’s recovery even at 2am in the morning. We are extremely grateful for the support we receive at this clinic and couldn’t recommend them more. If you’re looking for care for your child, look no further.
