How Do I Become A New Patient?

Having a baby? Thinking about transferring care? Want to learn more about our providers and tour the office?

Scheduling a Meet and Greet is a great way for prospective parents and new patients to ask questions, see how we work, and meet one of our pediatricians. We want to help you make the best decision for your family.

Call us today to set up a Meet and Greet.

Our Goal Is To Provide The Best Medical Care

To do this successfully, we must be able to review all of your medical records from all providers that you have seen. It is our policy to receive your previous medical records before we can assume care and schedule an appointment.

For Newborns

Bringing a newborn to a pediatric practice can be a prudent decision to ensure comprehensive care and support for your child's lifelong health. It allows for establishing mutual rapport and respect with your child's doctor early on, fostering a sense of trust and continuity of care.

For New Families Transferring To Us

When transferring a child to a new pediatric practice, it's essential to gather and organize all medical records, including vaccination records, any relevant specialists reports and test results. Communicate with both your previous Pediatrician and our practice to ensure all medical records are received prior to your child's appointment, and a smooth transition of care occurs.

After Transferring Paperwork

Once the records are received, we will review them to determine if they are complete or sufficient for us to begin caring for your children. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the best care to your child until all records are received.

Please be aware that under federal (HIPAA) and state laws, your previous medical provider may charge a "reasonable, cost-based fee" to copy your children's medical records. This cost is your responsibility.

If you have not already done so, please sign a release of records form and provide it to your children's previous medical provider.
