Dr. Kim Miller (formerly Smith) has been practicing as a Board Certified Pediatrician in Allen since July 2005. She originally grew up in the Houston area and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma in 1998. She went on to attend the OU College of Medicine, where she graduated in 2002 after achieving the Mark Allen Everett Scholar Award, the Janet M. Glasgow Academic Achievement Award, and induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society
After completing her pediatric residency in 2005 at Children's Mercy in Kansas City, she was excited to return to Texas. She has since enjoyed being a part of the Allen community, where her kids attend Allen ISD.
Dr. Kim remarried in 2018 and is proud of her blended family with husband Harold Miller. She has 4 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats and enjoys a multitude of activities. She loves the outdoors including hiking, camping and boating. She attends college football games, and enjoys NFL football. She loves gardening, cooking and knitting when time allows. She is passionate about helping children grow up healthy and happy.
